1. Introduction & Scope

Realyld (“we,” “our,” or “us”) operates an AI-powered company intelligence platform for finance professionals navigating real-world asset (RWA) tokenization, fixed income, and financial innovations. This Privacy Policy governs our processing of personal data across realyld.com, our web applications, API services, and automated AI research agents.

C. Publicly Scraped Web & Signal Intelligence Data

Our autonomous agents crawl publicly accessible digital channels—such as news outlets, regulatory registers, press releases, company blogs, job boards, and market data portals—to extract signals regarding tokenization deals, licenses, funding, and key personnel changes.

  • Source-Linked Summaries: Scraped data is converted into transient signals and short intelligence briefs. Realyld maintains direct URL citations for every fact displayed.
  • Public Business Information: Scraped content may occasionally include public business contact or executive details (e.g., appointment announcements). We do not scrape private social profiles, non-public databases, or paywalled consumer data.

3. AI Agents & Third-Party AI Model Processing

Realyld utilizes state-of-the-art Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI agents (such as models provided by Anthropic and OpenAI) to analyze web signals against user-defined theses.

  • No Training on User Data: Inputs submitted to our AI endpoints—including your private thesis notes, company lists, and internal evaluations—are processed via zero-retention or commercial API tiers. They are never used to train, retrain, or improve public foundation models.
  • Transient Processing: Prompt inputs and responses are stored only long enough to generate your workspace intelligence feeds and morning briefs.
  • No Algorithmic Lock-in: Your data remains your exclusive property. We do not aggregate user-specific thesis data into public intelligence benchmarks without explicit consent.

4. Web Scraping, Copyright & Responsible Crawling

We adhere to ethical web scraping practices, digital copyright laws, and automated crawling protocols:

  • Robots.txt & Rate Limiting: Our crawlers respect standard internet protocols including robots.txt and rate limits to minimize server burden on target websites.
  • Fair Use & Transformation: Scraped content is transformed into factual summaries, signal tags, and statistical insights. We do not reproduce or republish full-text copyrighted articles.
  • Direct Attribution: Every extracted signal includes a direct link to the original published source, preserving publisher traffic and attribution.

8. AI Transparency & Informational Disclaimers

  • Automated Analysis: Realyld utilizes automated synthesis to rank, summarize, and score signals against your thesis.
  • Human in the Loop: Intelligence briefs and profiles are designed for analytical support only. Realyld does not provide financial, legal, investment, or fiduciary advice. Users retain full responsibility for verifying facts via original cited sources before taking operational or investment actions.

9. Data Retention & Your Rights

We retain account data for as long as your workspace remains active. You can request account deletion or data export at any time by emailing us. Upon confirmation, your workspace settings, thesis configurations, and associated personal records will be permanently erased within 30 days.
